Jon Goldberg
Jon is the Chief Executive Officer of Xtensys, bringing more than 30 years of experience in healthcare technology and leadership. A long-time Chief Information Officer, he has built high-performing workplaces and guided organizations through complex the transformation initiatives. Recognized as an industry leader, Jon has a strong track record of driving innovation and turning strategic vision into measurable results. His leadership is defined by collaboration, integrity, and a passion for making a meaningful difference. At Xtensys, Jon is proud of the impact the team is making today—and even more excited about the opportunities ahead for customers and the communities they serve.
Eric Ammonds
Meet Eric, our Vice President of Infrastructure and Chief Technology Officer. He is an IT Executive and Service Delivery Leader with over 30 years of hands-on experience. He specializes in turning big ideas into practical technology solutions through digital innovation, project of management, and strategic planning. Known for tackling tough and technical challenges while keeping communication clear and the collaboration strong, Eric has a passion for aligning people, processes, and technology to make IT operations run smarter and more efficiently. At the heart of his leadership, he’s focused on helping organizations grow and succeed with the right technology in place. Outside of work, Eric enjoys travelling and exploring new places, always looking for fresh prespectives to bring back into his work and life.
Dr. John-Paul Mead
Dr. Mead brings a wealth of experience to Xtensys with a focus on the support of providers. Dr Mead is a practicing physician with board certifications in Internal and Addiction medicine. He is the medical director of Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services and on faculty at Weill Cornell Medical College. He has over 10 years of experience as a Chief Medical Information Officer with a personal mission to help make the lives of providers easier and focused on what they do best.
Cody Baldwin
Cody has built an impressive career as a healthcare and technology leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and nursing. In his current role as Vice President of Applications and Chief Applications Officer at Xtensys, he is known for driving innovation, building collaborative teams, and ensuring technology solutions truly support patient care and business goals. Alongside his executive role, Cody serves as an Adjunct Professor at Keuka College, where he mentors the next generation of healthcare professionals and shares real-world insights from his leadership journey. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale operational improvements, guided high-performing teams through complex challenges, and delivered measurable results that make a lasting impact. Cody’s energy, vision, and ability to connect with people set him apart as a leader who is not only accomplished but also deeply committed to growth and excellence.
Brad Decker
Brad serves as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Xtensys, where he is dedicated to keeping systems safe and resilient in an ever-changing technology landscape. With a career spanning more than 20 years, he has earned a reputation for blending sharp technical expertise with a collaborative, people-first leadership style. Brad is known for anticipating risks, creating practical security strategies, and leading teams through high-pressure challenges with confidence. He takes pride in building a strong culture of security awareness, ensuring that innovation and protection move hand in hand. At Xtensys, Brad’s focus is not only on safeguarding technology, but also on empowering people and processes to thrive securely.
Paula Sciortino
As Vice President of Revenue Cycle, Paula brings over 30 years of experience across health systems, consulting, and payer negotiations. She has a proven ability to optimize operations and deliver measurable results, combining sharp analytics with a practical, hands-on approach. Known for keeping revenue flowing and solving complex challenges, Paula also cares deeply about supporting her team and ensuring patients have a positive experience. A lifelong Bon Jovi fan who has been to all their concerts — and a die-hard Buffalo Bills supporter — she brings the same passion and loyalty to Xtensys that she shows outside of work. At Xtensys, Paula is dedicated to building strong partnerships and driving continued growth .
Mikhail O'Laughlin
Mikhail brings over a decade of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing, with a strong record of building reliable financial systems. He has deep expertise in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls, helping organizations stay on track and plan for the future. Known for his precision and steady approach, he ensures the numbers always align with the mission. He values cultivating a supportive and collaborative team and creating clear processes that make complex financial work easier for everyone. Outside of work, Mikhail is a proud Buffalo Bills super fan, bringing the same passion and loyalty to Xtensys that he shows on game day.
Jesse Duran
Jesse is responsible for “Everything People” at Xtensys — and no one does it better. After retiring with 23 years of service from the U.S. Army, he transitioned his career into Human Resources Management; bringing discipline, leadership, and a people-first mindset to every role. Before joining Xtensys, he helped shape HR operations at several organizations like Amazon, Walgreens, and the VA, gaining invaluable experience in scaling teams and fostering excellence. Jesse is passionate about creating a workplace where people can thrive and is dedicated to the motto “People First, Xtensys Always!” Outside of work, he is a singer, and now channels his voice into creative projects, including voiceover work.
